It is 30 minutes to Clearwater Inter-coastal Highway beaches,
pure white sand bounded by the blue tropical waters of the Gulf
of Mexico. We are 20 minutes from famous Honeymoon Island
State Park where you can enjoy nature trails, beaches, shelling,
osprey nesting areas, biking and kayaking.
Experience the Florida Everglades in the back yard. The condo
backs to a Tampa Bay Lagoon. Watch Great White Egret, Wood
Storks, Blue Heron, and Kingfishers fish the lagoon.
It is peaceful, convenient, only minutes to restaurants and
shopping. In fact you can walk 3 blocks to a mall that has most
everything. The combination of convenience, natural beauty,
